Stay Country was founded by Kate and Alex, a husband-and-wife team living in the Cotswolds, raising a family and running our business with a whole lot of heart and dedication. It all started when Kate began managing a just a few holiday homes, her passion for caring for properties and creating truly memorable guest experiences became the inspiration to grow the business. After being approached by other holiday home owners seeking our expertise, Alex, with over 18 years’ experience in property and asset management joined the venture, and together we launched Stay Country.
At the heart of Stay Country is a deep love for rural life and the countryside. Our local knowledge, combined with a commitment to exceptional service, ensures every guest enjoys an authentic, high-quality stay, and every home is managed with the utmost care and attention.
As we’ve grown, one thing became clear: property owners were looking for a better way to manage their holiday let, one that’s flexible, personal, and completely transparent. That’s exactly what we set out to deliver.
Today, we manage a carefully chosen collection of unique holiday homes, from cosy shepherd’s huts to large family barns and countryside retreats. Every property is different, and we treat each one as if it were our own.
