STEP INSIDE THE BARN

As you arrive at East Barn, you're greeted by the peaceful beauty of the surrounding farm and countryside. With ample parking for 4–5 cars, this spacious 6-bedroom barn offers a unique layout designed for both shared and private living — ideal for large groups or multi-family stays.

Step through the impressive glass doors into the heart of the barn: a stunning open-plan kitchen and dining area, perfect for gathering and entertaining. This section of the barn boasts two inviting living spaces — one with a large Smart TV, log burner, and a selection of games, and a second, glass-fronted lounge that opens up to sweeping views of the countryside.

Upstairs, you’ll find a stylish main bathroom with a large bathtub and separate shower, along with three beautifully appointed bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: King-size bed, en-suite, and views of Dumbleton Hill

• Bedroom 2: Double bed with built-in wardrobe

• Bedroom 3: Configurable with either two single beds or one king-size bed

• bedroom 5: king size bed in the barns separate living space with ensuite bathroom

• bedroom 6: king size bed in the unique and private loft space of the annex

An additional, tucked-away double bedroom sits at the top of the barn for extra privacy.

• A luxurious king-size bedroom with a large en-suite, sunken jacuzzi bath, and separate shower

• An upper maisonette with a cosy lounge space and a king-size low-floor bed, accessed via a ladder-style staircase (note: may not be suitable for all guests)

The entire barn is rich in character, with exposed Cotswold stone walls, original beams, and charming architectural features throughout.
