The open-plan kitchen and sitting room features French doors that overlook a secure, dog-friendly paddock and frame a truly breathtaking view. A cosy sofa and armchair offer the perfect spot to unwind, whether you’re soaking up the scenery or enjoying the 43" smart TV. In the cooler months, light the Clearview woodburner, curl up with a glass of wine, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

The high-quality kitchen is designed with comfort and style in mind, boasting a quartz worktop, Neff cooker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a full-size fridge-freezer, everything you need for a relaxed stay.

The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, with luxurious Noble Isle toiletries provided for your comfort.

In the beautifully furnished bedroom, no detail has been overlooked. Enjoy a restful night in the super-king zip-and-link bed with a Hypnos mattress and White Company linens and towels.

The cottage is set entirely on one level, making it an excellent choice for guests with limited mobility. Babies are warmly welcomed, and a travel cot is available on request.

Step outside and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The outdoor area features a bistro table and chairs and a hanging cocoon chair for two, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening drink. Fire up the Weber charcoal BBQ for a leisurely meal while taking in the views.

There’s an open field in front of the property, ideal for enjoying the fresh air, and parking is available for two cars.

Well-behaved dogs are very welcome (one large dog or up to two small dogs), but please supervise them as the field in front is not fenced.

The area is a dream for cyclists, runners, and walkers, with miles of beautiful trails and breathtaking views starting right from the doorstep. Enjoy scenic routes that lead to dog-friendly pubs, perfect for a relaxed lunch or a refreshing pint along the way. After a day outdoors, return to the cottage, pour a glass of wine, and unwind…. pure bliss.

For those who prefer a gentler pace, The Star Inn in Ashton-under-Hill is just a short stroll away.

The cottage is also ideally located for exploring the picture-perfect Cotswold villages of Broadway, Chipping Campden, and many more, all within easy reach.
